This top may be handmade. unsure of its age or many details due to the fact. Bought at an Artist market for my daughter who has never worn it. It doesn't have a tag but judging by the dress form and my daughter size , this is a small to a small medium . Colors are bright and vibrant . the fabric feels like viscose . Sleeve should reach elbow or just above
