thebusymama @dawn_basso- unstretched and measured flat, the waist is about 15 1/2 inches. The rise is around 8 1/2 inches. I would say it’s more of a bikini bottom than hipster only because the sides aren’t wider for what I consider to be a hipster bottom. The back is moderate coverage on me, but I have a smaller butt, so it’s probably a little bit on the cheeky side for most. Hope that helps!
