Bright, swingy, halter dress

Flattering, beautiful colors, paisley, navy background. Back less (though the back strap looks loose, it is not) I just couldn’t get it to hang right. 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Swings beautifully and the bust has a little padding for a flattering chest.
