Brighton Museum Collection Woman's Belt ~ circa 1995 #S34503 Decorative golden coins, particularly fashionable in the second and third centuries, were often made into rings and awarded for at of distinction. Inspired by the Greco-Roman tradition, Brighton designed their own elegant silver setting to encase these golden treasures. Ancient Greeks worshiped the sun used condition. This belt is made of black leather and has both silver and gold hardware.
