Brighton "Neptune's Rings" short neck. Circular pendant with gold and silver tone rings with Swarovski crystal accents. The pendant is attached to the delicate silver plate chain. Measures 16" length with a lobster claw clasp and a 3" chain link extender finished with the signature heart charm. The chain does show a little bit of tarnish that would not come off.
