I can't believe I missed that information🙃 Ok, the handled drop laying flat & empty is 9" but once you add weight it's 13" . As for your other question, it has 8 ID'S /C card slots and a zipper middle pocket for change/coins + a larger pocket. I added a new picture for you😉
