This us a cool skirt that has movement! The seams make it fitted and the slits with a slightly flared chiffon underskirt, fully lined, make it flirty! I couldn’t find a comp but wish this was still my size! Measures 15” across at waist Measures 19.5” across at hips Measures 22.5” in length
