British Mist Rain Slicker hooded Jacket. It has an interior liner that can be removed by zipper. It adds to the warmth of the jacket. The front is closed with a zipper that runs to the neck and an additional button at the neck to secure the lapel. About mid body there is a Velcro closure for further security of the jacket. There are 2 very deep slit pockets on the front of the jacket. A slit on either side of the jacket to give you more room for walking. It is a size large and the cuffs on the sleeves match the collar material with a knitted elastic fabric. It measures 40” from the collar to hemline and the sleeves 23.5” from the collar to the cuff
