British Retro-Made in London-Polka Dot Off the Shoulder Dress-Size 8 or 4 in U.S

This is an original British Retro Off the Shoulder Polka Dot Midi Dress. It is a size 8 or 4 in the U.S. It is 97% Cotton and 3% Spandex. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-15.5" and the length is 39.5". It measures 25" around the waist and 30" around the hips. It does have a bad spot beneath the zipper on the back(see Pics). It looks like a pin-up dress like you would see in the '50's. The top part is lined with satin. It is well made and in good condition except for that one spot. I would sew a bow on there. lol
