Pleats and gathered tiers at top with covered elastic add texture to bodice. Ruffle-trimmed upper edge, seam at waist, and voluminous balloon skirt with discreet side pockets. Bodice lined in jersey made from recycled polyester and skirt lined in airy, woven organic cotton fabric.
