Broderie anglaise ? Elegant white linen and cream jacket w/ dress, Paris

Purchased in Paris France from a shop near Eiffel. I fell in love yet never wore it as it is a bit too fancy for me. Each button is covered in fabric The dress came with a thin white polyester spaghetti strap dress to wear under it- size S/M The jacket is much larger. See photos for measurements As I was photographing it I noticed a small spot on the back left top. Another light mark by buttons- see photos The fabric is still stiff as it has never been worn. Pit to pit 20 inches Collar to hem 31 inches Sleeve to Wrist area flairs to 10 inches Sleeve length pit to wrist 17 inches I was told it was from Italy but cannot find any tag that authenticates it.
