@shopaholic_1_4 hi there, I just took it out of storage so it’s a little wrinkled. I inspected it again and noticed slight discoloration under the arms. It’s not noticeable when on but I can provide a discount if you’d like to buy it. Everything else is perfect as this was worn only for pictures.

@shopaholic_1_4 chest (from armpit to armpit seam): 17”; shoulder seam to hem: 12”; skirt length (from center top to hem): 41” (it’s actually longer than this because the belt pulls it up higher but that measurement will depend on where it hits you on the waist); waist is tricky to measure also but it’s approximately 13” - my waist is about 24” and the belt sat a little lower on me than as designed )still cute) so I’d say that it probably would accommodate a 26” waist
