Short-sleeve uniform short with shoulder straps for epaulets. 65% polyester, 35% cotton. 16.5 inch collar. This is not very fitted. Standard cut. Two button flap pockets. Left-side pocket has pen pocket. In perfect shape. Never worn. Very thin material that should be starched to avoid wrinkling. Measures 23.5 inches from underarm to underarm. 27 inches long from collar to hem in front. 16 inches from neck to hem of sleeve. Let me know if you need any other measurements.
