Brook brothers plaid dress

Beutiful very classic brook brothers'plaid dress,sleeve less,pockets on the side,below the knee, zipper on left side with collar and buttons on front,it has loops for belt,belt is missing.Dress is fully lined ,100 cotton size 12. Dress is in excellent condition but is used gently material is very fresh and breathable .Dress has no flaws.In the 3rd picture seems like damage but is not it could be the angle or the lighting dress is in perfect condition look like new.I'm open to offers.
