Striped miniskirt made of 100% cotton jersey with a wide elastic waistband. The waistband does have stretch but it's pretty sturdy so I'd say this fits more as a small or on the smaller side of medium, if your waist measurement is much bigger it might feel tight. Waist: 12.5" Length: 17.5"
