Brooks 346 (Brooks Brothers) 100% Wool MADE IN USA

Size 10 Brooks 346 (the Brooks Brothers outlet brand) gray wool pencil skirt. Satin like material lining. Laying out waist is 14, which would be 28" Length 25". I think it may be vintage? Y2K? I am not seeing any made in the US except for this one! EXCELLENT shape. see photos for exact measurements.
