dgstaten Hi. I just want to let you know the suit hasn’t arrived yet. Tracking has it stuck in the same facility for the last 3 days. I’ve had this problem before with this particular post office. Last time it took a month to arrive. I know you have the tracking number but I just wanted to touch base and let you know this hangup happens almost every other delivery I get. Thanks

dphillips109 @dgstaten Thank you for reaching out and letting me know about the delay. I’m sorry to hear the tracking shows the package stuck in the same facility—especially since it sounds like this has been an ongoing issue with that post office. I’ll keep an eye on the tracking and try to escalate to USPS to see if they can get it moving. Thank you for your patience, and I’ll keep you updated with any new information I receive. Thanks!

dgstaten @dphillips109 Thanks. I’m going to wait until the ends of the week as late deliveries are the norm up here. If I don’t receive anything by Friday I will initiate a lost package investigation even though I know they will tell me it’s not lost until after a month. The Brooklyn and Staten Island sorting facilities are the worst. But given the value of the suit, I’d rather go through that back and forth. Could you tell me what packaging you placed it in? Thanks!

dphillips109 @dgstaten it is packaged in a brown cardboard box. I believe the box had green markings on it that say “filterbuy”. Hopefully they can help get it moving. Please let me know how I can help. Thanks!

dgstaten @dphillips109 Great. Just one more thing they ask is approximate dimensions. Thanks!

dphillips109 @dgstaten I don’t have the exact dimensions, but the box was approximately 25 inches long, 15 inches deep, and about 5 inches tall. It was large enough to accommodate the suit laid flat on a hanger, folded over once lengthwise.

dgstaten @dphillips109 got it. They should be able to track it down with this description. Thank you again. I apologize for my inept NYC postal facilities.
