Brooks Brothers Dress Shoes, ok Cond. Size 12

Shoes are in okay Condition and need laces, cleaning and the left shoe has a razor mark as pictured. The shoes have obvious signs of use but should clean up well. Otherwise, they would make an awesome pair for a night, maybe a good beater pair. These are size 12 Mens. I believe this is Nubuck Leather though I cannot confirm.
