Hi, what is the waist across laying flat pls?
Are the pleats sewn down from waist to at least 5" down...to give a narrower look on body? thx!

@1beeinahive Hi! The waist is approximately 16” , and yes the pleats are flat for just under 7” from the top of the waist. The pleats on the bottom are taped so the skirt will be slightly more a-line once the tape is taken off for a more flattering look. I wish this skirt was my size, I’m selling it for a friend. The fabric is so soft and nice. The quality and workmanship of this skirt is perfect! 🤩
