Brooks Brothers Tan Flannel Wool Dress Pants 34 - 27.5

100% Wool. Made in Canada. Pleated and cuffed. High quality pants - it is odd to describe a tan pair of pants as having a rich, unusual color but these just seem superior to most tan wool pants I have sold. The texture is like a flannel but with a bit less nap (more woolen than worsted). Soft and a tad bit fuzzy - not a hard finished look. Details include: Hook & 2 button closure, unusual (and a step up in formality) are the jetted/besom front pockets, they are lined to the knee, & have a curtained waistband. Classic, traditional fit. Excellent used condition - no wear, tears, or stains. No size tag but measurements are provided. Measurements: Waist - 34" (2" reserve to let out) Inseam - 27.5" (no reserve to let out) Rise - 12" Leg opening - 9.25"
