Gorgeous navy blue sleeveless top by Brooks Brothers. 23"L and 18" pit to pit. Soft, stretchy knit fabric that can so easily be dressed up or down. Easy layering transitional piece for spring into summer or into the fall. Silky fabric ruffles at the collar that can be buttoned up or left open. Great condition.
