sharimcneil I'm confused, if the shoe does not have insoles what does the inside of the shoe look like? was the insole that came inside the shoe taken out?

sharimcneil @demobrett are they still cushioned though and would be like normal if an insole was put in them? Or was the insole taken out the soft padded part? Sorry for all the questions, I'm new to Brooks shoes. 🫠

demobrett @sharimcneil The insoles that came in the shoes were removed and replaced with other insoles that are custom fit for someone’s specific feet. You can buy cheap replacement insoles from Amazon that are just like the ones that come in the shoes new.

sharimcneil @demobrett oh okay I see! Makes total sense. So the insole doesn't effect the cushion comfort of the shoe? I could just put another insole in and it would feel just like a normal brooks shoe?

demobrett @sharimcneil Yes. You can out another insolent and it would be just like the original insole. There are cheap options and there are expensive options. The more expensive options are designed for the specific shape of your foot and have added padding/cushioning.
