Fitted running pants, black and neon green. Thin reflective stripping lines the sides for those who run at night. Small zipper compartment on back of waistband for house key. Black drawstring in waistband for extra security (pants are fitted so I never needed to use the drawstring) Very comfortable. Barely worn.

ahoffy914 @nj100 Waist when measured straight across when flat is ~15 in. Inseam is ~32in. Pants are stretchy and the neon band has some give (it's looser fabric). I have an average athletic build and they are comfortable on me although I guarantee my waist measurements don't match exactly. Hope this helps! Thanks for inquiring.
