kathysgifts size Large is 14 1/4" from side to side. It is 36" in length. The elastic waist seems like it has lost a little bit of its gripping power. Or might just be how they were made I can't remember and the skirt does seem dull, but if you are interested after all that I will let you have it for $9 let me know I will change the listing for you. thank you for texting

kathysgifts sorry my browser went down for a few days, or internet issues. This skirt measures about 24" not stretched. It is a very nice gauze type material.
