brown chiffon off the shoulder formal dress with draped bodice lace back and jeweled waistband. it doesn't have any tags, so I don't know the brand, but it is pretty good quality. it's a size 20 but can be worn a size bigger or smaller because of the lace back. measurements available upon request. offers welcome
