Brown Floral Print Flounced Skirt L NWOT

This skirt is a sheer poly, but the first 16" or so below the waist are lined, so there's no see-thru. The waistband had four separate rows of elasticized ridges that go from a relaxed 33" to about 38". The length is approx. 36". New without tags.
