Zipper lacks less than an inch in closing but I think it would if someone works with it a bit. It has a hook at the top to close it anyway. It's an invisible zipper so it's very nicely done. 30 inches around in waist. Totally lined also. Has a kick flap in back. It's between a mini and midi on length. 21 inches in length.
