@shardester79 Okay, I've added a photo as well, but laid flat it is measuring in at approx. 12.5" It is a true wrap skirt however and could likely be adjusted an inch or so larger or smaller. Also, the skirt is designed to fall asymmetrically so the longest hemline is 33", shortest hemline is 25" and the majority of the dress falls at a 29.5" hemline. @shardester79 You could definitely wear it high-waisted! I believe it is designed to sit just above the hip bones, however because of the wrap and the asymmetrical cut it lends itself to a few different styling options!
