Could you please provide an estimated shoulder to shoulder measurement on this cape? I'm a size small but wonder if this could fit....

@bee3bowman size medium measures 18.5'' and I have a size small as well, but it is 17.5'' and has a pen mark on a shoulder . Fits quite tight. I would go for medium.
