bamabae79 @champagnewishss Sorry I'm just getting back to you doll.. Been out of town on and off for work for weeks! But I'm back finally. 😆 These are a size 7... And they're true to size IMO.. Could fit a 7.5 but only if it were not too wide a foot, if that makes sense. I'm a true 6.5 but wear trouser socks with boots, so I go up a half size. They fit me great with trouser socks! 👍🏼

bamabae79 @bonzel119 Hi doll, no these are not over the knee.. These come right under the knee. 😊 also they have a half zipper on the inside part of the leg, and a stretchy back type material, so for smaller calves they fit great, which is one of the huge reasons why I purchased them this past winter, I have very small calves and can never find knee high boots to fit perfect! These are a 13 inch circumference and these fit great ........
