Brown Turtleneck dress

Brown turtleneck short sleeve dress! Goes perfect with boots...great any time of the year! I spent $40 a little over a year ago, but the tags itched my neck so I cut them off. Unfortunately I don't remember the brand name but I purchased it from Dilliards. It is cozy and form fitting, more for wider hips I can say. I'll take offers!
