Brown Twill tweed high waist mini skirt size 9

Twill and tweet is back in style! Especially been seeing it worn as mini skirts. Can be dressed up or down with high-waisted boots for a sexy look. This is a great color and fit. Dark brown with tan and lighter brown. Looked super cute with an off-white tan top and thigh high boots. Says size 9 but fits more like a size 4. It fit me perfect and I am a size 26 in Levi's jeans.
