Brown Velvetine Jacket

This is a sweet little wasted jacket with a small peplum and pretty fastener . It says it’s a size large… but I wear a medium and sometimes a small and it fits me. It’s a polyester spandex fabric with a dry clean only tag. It has dry cleaned it but feel it could probably be hand washed.
