Brown & White Hand-woven Knit Hat, spiral pattern, 1990s Y2K - is 90s vintage??

This is from the late 90s but is still in amazing condition. Some very light piling but that’s it. Handmade by some amazing person who was selling hats outside the grocery store one day. A legend. It’s warm and comfy. Machine wash on delicate, lay flat to dry.
