Scarf Is pure silk from Austria, has some issues, couple of stains, holes, one of corners coming undone, throwing in for free, wear scarf around hat as seen in pics and you won’t notice any of those issues. No size listed, it is big on me and I am size small head, so im thinking medium sized, maybe😁 Hat measures 22” in circumference on the inside of the rim💕such a cute hat!
