I bought this off of poshmark and it does not fit. I also did not read the description well and it did not have its original belt. The belt seen is one I purchased to go with the dress but it is not a perfect match.

mink74 @roo05 Iol, I afraid I couldn't tell you...I cannot fit it at all. Wish I were more helpful. I bought it from a reputable posher so I think that it is true to size.

mink74 @roo05 Some Poshers have a comment section posted in their closert for people to write about there purchases. You can also look at sold items, sometimes people write comments afte they have received the merchandise. This posher has over 100,000+ followers so she has probably been with posh from the beginning. Maybe the dress is not Forever 21....it just says Forever....lol, haven't shopped there is quite some time. I will have to look into that

mink74 @ikes_wifey Great question. I believe it runs small and may be more like a junior large. I recently lost weight and can wear 12 now and it fits, although snug in the chest.
