Brown and orange flower printed belted blouse (M)

Tiny floral print with adorable ruffle detail and abalone buttons. Comes with faux leather belt. Perfect condition. Tag says small, but it fits like a medium. I'm 5'8" and this blouse hits me right at the hip.
