Brown bag with Tassels

This is a brown, cognac colored pleather purse. Gently used but still in great condition. All the lining is in tact, zippers all work. Adjustable shoulder strap. Approximately 13” on the bottom width, about 11” on the top width and about 9” high. See pics.
