Brown coach doctor satchel

*Not verified if authentic* Very nice dark brown coach leather satchel. Color is gorgeous. In good used condition. I lotion all my bags regularly. I bought this from a fellow posher but when I received it, I noticed that I couldn’t make out the serial number which is why I’m not positive if it’s authentic. It could be that it’s such an old bag from the 60’s/70’s (?) that it’s rubbed off possibly? Anyway, still a very nice looking bag. Some ink marks inside. Bags will be folded for shipping. Also forgot to mention that the previous owner replaced the side hardware to silver (see pics). So the hardware where the handles are, are brass and the sides are silver.
