Really cute polka dot dress, has two layers, the top layer is really thin/sheer. Could be dressed up or down. Bought this as a maternity dress, but honestly liked the way it looked better when I wasn't pregnant. It could be worn either way, but think it is more for early pregnancy if used for maternity.
