Brown handkerchief hem dress Empire surplice bust/waist line. Tie halter neck and ties in back 100% cotton gauzelike fabric with thin gauze lining. Some ribbon trim in hem. Tag is L, but I would consider it more an XL There are some parts in the back elastic gathering that have lost some of it's elasticity.... shown in pics. Thank you for shopping my closet!
