Brown lace gown size small

In excellent condition has zipper in back. I’m 5’4 1/2 my measurements are 31, 27, 37. This dress would be better suited with similar measurements or smaller. The top is small and might be best suited for someone with a smaller cup size. I had the straps taken in for my height but the thread can be removed and will give an extra 4 inches which can be seen in last picture.
