Brown leather Argentina shoulder purse Vintage

Tag inside the bag says that it’s made of goat leather. Has a snake skin like appearance. From Argentina, I don’t think it was ever used. Use the name Lazaro because it’s similar to some of the other bags I’ve seen. But I find no markings.
