No manufacturer identified on the bag, but it’s super cute with sequin detail and grommets. Lightly used. Front pocket with an interior cell phone pocket as well as a small zipper pocket. Measures 8-1/2” x 8-1/2” with a slim silhouette against the body. Strap (not adjustable) measures 21” as is.
