Brown leather, fair condition. There is a littke bit of rip on the lining and shoulder strap can be replaced. The rip is the lining between the outer leather and inside leather. The only main defect is the strap. Mesurements: H= 7 1/2 in, L = 8 1/2 in, W = 2 1/2 in.
