Attached bib has unidentified stains; can be tucked away or you can easily remove with a seam ripper. Pleated puff sleeves with attached shoulder pads. Pleats at top of skirt lend a feminine, retro style silhouette. Belt length: 26.5” to 30”. Waist on dress does have some elastic to it. Size 8. Made in the USA.
