cheryl13equus @jazzie319 yes drape neck. If you’re a true small it would probably have a little swing to it, or be a little loose. When I️ bought it I️ intended to wear it with a belt to cinch the waste in. Unfortunately I️ never wore it and now I’m super chubby. 😳
