Brown tweed-like blazer

I bought this blazer/jacket while in Argentina. It's a three button closure with a waist tie. There are also three buttons on the sleeve. Only half of the inside is lined. Pockets are astethic purpose, there are no slits. Size is a European 48, about an 8 American 100% wool
