This is a beautiful Jasper Designer Cabochon, with soft coloring and patterns. This cab has a highly polished, low dome front and flat back. It measures 30.65 X 22.86 X 5.07mm. As are the majority of our cabochons, this was also made from old stock material. American material processed in America. Bruneau Jasper is considered to be one of the five fine jaspers. (The other fine jaspers are Imperial Jasper, Morrisonite, Willow Creek Jasper and Blue Mountain Jasper). Bruneau Jasper was discovered in the Bruneau River Canyon in Idaho.
