This dress has such a fun, full skirt on it. Your little girl could sit and have a puddle of her dress all around her. This dress has a ribbon in the front on the round collar. It is tiered and has lace in various places. The collar and lace are slightly yellowed. This may come out if you know how to treat it. This dress was hand washed by me.
